白馬村 (Hakuba-mura)
The village of Hakuba in Kitaazumi District, Nagano is known for its ski resorts. It has seven main ski areas and at the southern end of the Hakuba Valley are the resorts of Hakuba 47, Goryu, and Happo-One. It is also a popular summer destination which offers a variety of outdoor activities like rafting, paragliding, bird sighting, etc.
